The concert programme includes the Music Office’s signature "Music for the Millions" Theme Song, Dizi Principal of the HKYCO, Luk Tsun-ki will be the soloist of the majestic dizi concerto <em>The Song of Flight</em>, followed by the passionate<em> Lantern Festival </em>and exuberant <em>Eager to Fly</em>. The two orchestras will join forces to present The Sisters' Islands, a piece inspired by mythological legend, and the concert will culminate in the world premiere of Xu Xinchi's <em>Symphony No. 1 "The Prosperous Times"</em>, commissioned by the Music Office, leading the audience on a journey through the resplendent beauty of Chinese culture.
